Breathwork Practitioner

Growing up, I was not taught how to express my emotions, and over the years I faced some tough challenges, including battles with alcohol and depression. It was a long, hard road that led me to a breaking point, but that moment became my turning point—not just for myself, but for my husband and three kids. Through faith and perseverance, I discovered the power of breathwork as a means to reconnect with my body and spirit. This journey has transformed my life, and now I’m passionate about helping others find their way to healing and strength. My mission is to support those who are searching for hope and resilience in their own lives.
